There is no limit for the number of viewers who can watch the broadcast. However, if you do believe that you will have a large event with a high number of viewers, please let us know.

We have a wireless device locked to a fixed IP address that we can use that works independently of the venues internet. A small extra fee applies. We would travel to the site and do a test prior to the event, and may need to lower the video quality.

We have a system that allows us to stream to Facebook in 16×9 using a broadcast quality camera that works with our facebook live stream setup . The video will play in 16×9 format, and would be in full HD. The audio would be a vast improvement as it would be fed directly from our sound board and microphones.  Learn More

Most clients plan their events weeks to months in advance. The sooner you contact YES AudioVisual, the more time we have to take steps to execute your project successfully. Don’t underestimate the number of people that may be looking for an excellent AV service provider on your event date. Book your spot as soon as you can.

If we come to your site and film we can easily add your logo and branding to a Zoom Meeting or Webinar.  You can have a simple logo floating in the corner of our video, or we can include titles, graphics,  branding and even picture in picture with PowerPoint. We can easily do a custom layout of our camera feed into Zoom, or many other webinar services. We add PowerPoint and can place your logo in the top corner of the video as a watermark. Please look at our Virtual Meetings or Livestreaming pages to learn more.

We need to be connected to Wired Ethernet that has upload speed of at least 10Mbps. We will do a site visit and network test at your location in advance to make sure your broadband connection is fast enough. We can run long cables if the connection isn’t close by.

We provide a complete service to broadcast your press conference online. We bring all the equipment necessary to your location or a rented meeting space and can set up, audio, video, and a pipe & drape backdrop with lighting. Press media can attend in-person or via webcast and ask questions over phone lines or webinar. Panelists can present either in the room or via the web.  Learn more

Yes, this is a popular service we offer. We can ‘live edit’ your webinar, add your logo, titles, slides and graphics. This enhanced video matches your branding and gets sent out via webcast to YouTube, Facebook, or any of the streaming services with a professional look. Typically you do not need to use the in-house AV company. Over the years we have worked in almost all of the bigger hotels and conference venues in and around Metro Vancouver. Please call for more information.

Yes, we have large screens and high lumen projectors that would be suitable for the 300 people you have attending. We would recommend two screens and two projectors and would be happy to send you a quote for everything you need. We need to know what venue you are using, and what the room seating arrangements are. Yes, we do many press conferences per year and they are often outdoors.  We have a battery powered generator that can provide more than enough power and we have a cellular interface to bring in media questions via conference call. We can even livestream your press conference online.
